It sucks but most of the time a cutting torch! Heat the collar that it screws into till its pretty dang hot then spray the sensor with a quailty penetrating lube gonna make a buch of stinky smoke but it should soak into your threds then gently work the sensor out. Thats what ive done in the past anyway.

Get some PB catalyst corossion spray and get an O2 sensor socket which can both be purchased at any auto store and it should come loose. The socket makes it alot easier and alot more force than a standard wrench

If it gets to a hard spot, just tighten it, then loosen it, over and over while spraying lube around the threads. It should give a little each time, till it comes out. Heat would be my first choice though.

Simple............propane torch.....heat up the bung for a few (not too hot)...then tap the end of the wrench with a hammer. breaks loose real easy.

It went in real nice at the factory... but it got real hot afterwards (all that spirited driving ) and they don't use anti-sieze (something about it messing with the sensor). The 2 different metals are becoming one.

Get the threads hot with a $15 propane torch... it comes out like butter. Next time you put it in... use a small amount of anti-sieze compound, careful that none gets on, or close to, the sensor.
