Not going to say how many I have today but I have had a good variety. My fav right now is the Saiga 12. For those that dont know what it is, it is a russian semi auto 12 gauge shotgun that is made by the people who make the AK-47. It has 10 round clip and also you can get a 20 round drum (OH MY GOD its fun) The "Protection" ammo is a short 12 gauge shell with a slug in front of buckshot. The guy at the gun shop said it would blow the door off a car a block away. I am waiting for one of those ricer flybys to try it out.... jk

Yep and it is the only gun I have had that when you finish shooting you are standing about a foot further back.

Lots of guns here as well.

Went to Cabela's Saturday afternoon to pick up some .38 and .45 ACP for some
light target shooting with my wife. They had zero target or light loads, only thing
available was Winchester Silvertips for both. Since we are both re-qualifying next
Saturday, we needed the ammo, so bought 150 rds of the .38 and 120 rds of the
.45 at get this...$258.00...

I really need to get back into reloading my own, buying factory is way too expensive
these days, and then only if you can find it. Salesman even mentioned that they are
having a hard time getting primers in.

Absolutly! California is one of the most restrictive states around and you can still go "around" the law or i guess read through the lines! You can either have a special release that requires you to have to use a "tool" to drop the mag, a "tool" stated by our laws state that it's anything used to drop the mag other than your finger. This little mod doesn't affect the look of the gun in anyway. Or you can have a detachable mag but lose all of the cool features that make it an ar-15.
Its just like Californias B.S. high capacity mag law which pretty much states it's illegal to import or or sell high capacity mags in the state, but it doesn't say it's illegal to own them in the state of california.

Since im twelve I do not own one yet but im considering having my dad pick me up a mossberg 500 with slug barrel and smooth bore one too.
I'd say just get the remmington 870 tacticle 20" barrel and use rifled slugs since they are cheaper and easier to find then slugs for a rifled barrel. But if you want to acurately shoot slugs it's gonna take some heavy mods to the gun! I forget who makes it but I have a hydraulic shock between my ar stock adapter and the ar stock. It helps sooo much!

BTW you can get a lot more mods for the remington 870!

I always liked the 870 more than the Mossberg.

Nice guns there! How much did the bold ones cost if you don't mind me asking?

Just keep those orange tips on there, man. that's the only way I knew they weren't real when I looked at them quickly. If an officer sees those for a split second w/out orange tips?....oh boy....

I hear ya. Hope it doesn't happen. But....

and this is why I carry the silver one off duty...a Kahr pm40. 3' barrel. just a wee bit smaller and so much easier to carry than the larger Glock 22.
