I have some over spray on some of the plastic pieces in the trunk.

What dp you guys suggest I use to remove it?

You can try clay. Might not work that well on the textured plastic but it might.

Also a very steady hand and a razor blade has been known to work on plastic.

Razor blade on textured plastic is not a good idea.

It is when you use the corner to flick the paint off. Not to scrape.

I agree. I have never had an issue removing overspray with nothing more than clay.

This is more than just flicking a bit of paint off.
