agp turbo install question

Considering installing kit myself and then get to a tuner for dyno tuning. I have not found any instructions online. One thing I have noticed some install pics on this site that the engine is often dropped. Is this to get access to the oil fitting at rear of intake manifold? The install looks simple otherwise. I was going to install at my garage but wont be able to drop engine.

I installed one of the first kits before they were common almost. There is no need to adjust any engine height.

It is easier to remove the intake manifold which is the only ( serious ) part of the install.

I did break the install into a couple of weeks. Which for me with a newborn son was about 1-2 hours at a time to install.

Im also OCD and wanted everything to be perfect.

Its really not a big deal. Pst if ?'s

Agree with what Levis said. I'm in the middle of installing this kit on my car, and it's really not hard at all, just time consuming.

Again like Levis said, post if you have questions, plenty of vendors/members have experience with these kits and would be happy to help.

Worst case the intake manifold comes off and you just screw in the adapters. Very easy to do in a garage.

I have the kit sitting in my garage, waiting for the weather to warmup a little so I can start working on it. My kit didn't come with instructions but a quick email to Kevin at agp solved that. He can probably send you an email with the instructions if you want to see what's involved before you go ahead and order a kit.
