Sorry to hijack the thread with a question (Hey, think of it as a free bump!
 ) but can shorties be installed and run great w/o the tune? I understand that it's the tune that voids the warranty with Longtubes, not the exhaust itself. Will shorties w/o a tune give any HP/Torque at all, and will they improve the sound of the exhaust?
