Congrats! I bought one in January, on my opinion of it's appearance and fit. Finally some results to show it's merit on power
Hope the trolls don't show up because its "only one car"

Trolls are bound to show up sooner or later. Haters are going to hate. I'm happy with the results, I feel and hear the difference. Everyone has their right to their opinion, it does not make it fact. Also installed last night a Bo White ported throttle body, wow, nuff said.

Bottom line, we have some evidence that the Z28 intake performs roughly as well as the Rotofabs and the CAIs of the world. So, the choice comes down to appearance.

Thanks for doing this.

Bo white installed before or after the dyno pulls?

Bo White PTB was installed 2hrs AFTER the pulls. My objective here was to determine whether or not the Z28 CAI was able to show gains as compared to the stock unit in a stock car and it did. The Bo White was done later that night, and will probably be Dynoed sometime later this year.

Didn't you say you did two runs with each? I see only one each . . .

Right. 2 runs each, the other runs are the 1st and the 4th. I did not post them as I seem to have misplaced them. Now that I think about it I may have left them at JBA. Both runs in stock form and Z28 intake are nearly identical to each other. Numbers were consistent.

Cool! Thanks for posting your results! I have my Z/28 CAI sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. I would like to drive the car a few times with the stock intake after getting it out of winter storage before I put the Z/28 CAI on. I would like to see if my "Butt Dyno" can feel any difference. I'm really encouraged by your actual dyno results though. I will feel much better buying a CAI that was designed by the Camaro Engineering Team for the Camaro and it shows as good of results as the aftermarket.

Thanks for your perseverance in getting this dyno testing done!

Thanks, I think everyone on here was as eager to find out as I was. No problem. Make sure you reset your battery by disconnecting the negative terminal before you remove the stock intake and reconnect it once you installed the Z28 intake. Took me 0:03:42. min.
