Ok the only interior thing I just have to change is the hard plastic knee bolsters as they’re just... terrible looking.

Anyone know where to get the ZL1 bolsters with the red stitching?

I see the GM version that’s suede but no red stitching. Of course if that’s all that’s available for the decent price point that basic suede is 10x better looking than the cheap hard plastic.

I was only able to find the black suede with black stitching. I wanted the red stitching as well to match the dash. The stitching is unnoticeable to me and I have mild ocd about stuff matching. The overall look and feel of the pieces however is very noticeable compared to the plastic garbage

I found some but no way I’m paying the $455 tag for the Alcantara with red stitching so the Suede version @ $243 will do. :0)

That gave me wiggle room to go CF Dash along with the Suede pads.
Going to look sweet

Why do you want red stitching on the kneepads? All the other stitching inside is grey.

I realized that and changed my mind... that’s why I went GM Suede instead as it would look way out of place ;0)

I was too but after battling my own thoughts I really want that splash of special inside so had to go Carbon Fiber.

These are the only interior items that I’ll touch as I like my cars OEM looking but with a small dash of special. Too much of anything ruins the clean look but getting rid of that cheap plastic is a must in these

It has ZERO functionality for me... the plastic just looks like crap next to the suede

Where I wish there were a kneepad is on the door. After a track day my left kneecap is painful from pressing against the painted silver plastic of the door panel which is raised to a peak for extra pain.

The carbon fiber dash looks fantastic! It won't affect the airbag will it?

I never pulled the plastic off my infotainment screen either.






The carbon fiber dash looks great, the only thing that bothers me is there is no other carbon fiber in the car at all, needs some somewhere else on the drivers side to balance it out, something to tie into the dash carbon.
Maybe even something on the console, I don't know.

Just my OCD talking.
