IMO it works better in cold air and at the track I had it with the ADM intake but I tried the NewEra OTR and I gained 1.7mph but DA also had an effect

1,000,000 Horsepower MhoooHaHaHa

Seriously if you read the tests done on these especially with forced induction its a pretty nice bump and the data shows in the 20 RWHP range on the ZL1 so it was one of the first things I did. Also sounds a lot better.

Here is a real world test for some numbers;

20hp including the intake. im taking just the scoop. I already have the intake. I basicly just want to relocate the washer bottle and since im getting a retune why not do the scoop if it was worth it. 2 or 3 hp is not worth $80 on a street car.

On the dyno a SS adding the scoop with show peak gains of about 5rwhp and 7rwtq over a CAI Inc or Roto-Fab intake alone. Of course, in the real world there is a lot more air flowing than on a dyno and the difference is enough to feel.

I could tell a big difference in mine and I have a k&n intake. 40mph + is when you really feel the difference. Now think about getting more airflow in when its cold outside.

I have the relocate. and the scoop and can see how better the tract of air can flow to the intake tube on my CAI, and now at speed its nice to have much larger area grabbing air. The stocker is so restricted right next to the front radiator brace its ridiculous. My relocated tank has worked perfectly also and looks much nicer out of the box with just a fill spout mounted to the CAI. I have also used the CAI box to mount electrical switches as its close to the main power for a quick and easy hook up to the positive terminal.

I have the ADM scoop and Rotofab washer/bottle, if I had to do it again I would go with the Apex washer/bottle relocation. The Rotofab just looks funny sitting there in the engine compartment.

I am not tuned so with the CAI and scoop I have been getting a intermittent service engine light, once every month or two it comes on for a day or so.
