Any short shift options that maintain the factory look. The metal stick/ball combo is too old school for me :(

Hurst gives you 2 different mounts for knobs. One is the Chrome one you can use with the Hurst knob. The other one is so you can use the stock knob. Hope this helps

+1, there are many options for knobs. Only about $30 for a new look.
