chevy has dropped the ball on the camaro

if anyone wants to know why gm is having all kinds of trouble all you have to do is look at how they handled the pre-ordering of the camaro. when dodge released the challenger in 2008 everyone who ordered one was given an access code and they could follow the car as it was being built. i ordered my ss 1 on 10/29/08 and was #2 at my dealer. why chevy could not give everyone a list number and built the cars in the order is hard to understand. the guy who was there on 10/13/08 at 9 am to order his car and still has no answer to when they are getting it and then you have the guy who could walk up to the dealer and drive away with one is why the whole pre-ordering was a joke. then the dealer that you called to ask questions that was so clueless that it would get you to the point you almost give up. i know that chevy wanted to get cars on dealer lots but in the end isn't it better for chevy to get customers thier cars and get them on the road. what better advertising is there then seeing cars being driven by the customers who ordered them. its been 6 months since the day i ordered my ss1 and i still cant get a straight answer to when the car is comming. i know in the end it's all going to be worth it when the car is in the garage but gm and chevy could have done a much better job then they did.

Oh god not another rant. If you're so upset just cancel your order and let someone who doesn't feel so entitled get it. Have you paid for the car yet? No, then you're in the same boat as everyone else who hasn't. Chevy has priorities just like all major corporations. Get over it.

If anything, blame it on your dealer, and not on GM.

I couldn't have said it better myself! It's really pitiful that GM couldn't get their chickens in a row before they started all of this BS! I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take this! maybe just a little while longer:
