Yes,I would be very irate also but hardly anything a lawyer needs to be involved in. That's why they have small claims court if it comes to that.

I feel your pain...If you read my post from last week..car only had 28 miles on it..got it home and found two small chips in door...they said they would replace car..elected to have fixed..the repair was not done correctly..they got me a new car within 3 hours....talking about a happy camper...I am sure the dealership will make it right...good luck...and yes I was not a happy camper for a few days also...but were all good now...

I had to have a dealership replace my rear bumper and it stayed there until it was perfect. It took them 3 times to paint it correctly. The final time it was done by a Dupont Expert. The delearship offered to have their Dupont guy come out to the site and fix it along with additional training of some of there techs. I guess our paint is a little more difficult because it is water based, or so I was told.

At the end they made me happy and the dealership you are dealing with should do the same. Like everyone else is saying, make sure you are 100% happy with it before you accept it.

i decided we will order a new panel and let them paint it to perfection ,1 2 12 f ing times they will get it right .i told them i want a three 3 year extened warranty .a new ground effects package .and a trip to vegas.and i want the 2011 vette in front as my rent a car .i bet you i get 3 out out 4 .,because im a nasty mother f er accidents my ass .i knew somethig like this would happen .they had to brace the engine on the lip of the whatever .metal was to weak and leant and my front fenders bullshit this shit should not happen .

I will guarantee you that you will get your car fixed - your list or demands is absolutely out of question and I am 110% sure the dealer will never agree to any of them. They do not have any obligation to you to produce such requests.

Yeah it sucks they damaged your car - but be thankful it was them and not a shopping cart or a kid on a bicycle that would never even stop.

Dude, who exactly do you think you are? Yeah, they screwed up - it happens. They are going to fix it like they should, but they in no way owe you a Vette rental, extended warranty, ground effects package, or trip to Vegas (WTF?). If I was the service manager and you ranted off those demands I'd laugh in your face.

I got hit by a girl that did not have valid insurance 3 weeks after I got my car. I'd take a fender dent over that any day of the week. Get a grip.
