I don't think the rending in the first post is horrible, but it leaves much to be desired as well. Overall I think it is attractive, just doesn't get me excited like a new Vette should. I think all profiles of the car (front/side/rear) could all use tweaking.

That said...rez333 posted these shots in another thread in this section.
Now these are stunning! Jaw dropping side and rear profile. I like the front too, but think it needs a little tweaking to make it less Italia like.

Also, if you notice, in the first photo, the side profile is a bit more "tame" than the rest...while the others offer what I'll call a third "slot" in the middle of the beltline. I think something like this would be perfect for using differentiate between a base Vette, and the Z06/ZR1.

But atleast it can't get any uglier than this,
Yes it looks like the concept car I saw at the auto show here in San Diego. To each there own.

The "christmas lights" look to the driving/DRL lights is sooooo 2005. Now even low priced imports have it. I certainly hope they don't cheapen the C7 with this obsolete look.

The black droopy eyebrows painted on the tail lights look like crud too.
