The shipping is a way around fees on ebay.... ebay will charge you a percentage (i think 10-12 percent) of the sale price....but not the shipping price. So if the item sells for $20 with free shipping ebay gets more money and you lose more money than if you sell the watch for $1 with $19 shipping.
