It's tragic when drivers don't respect their machines and the law.
As soon as my kids are old enough to get their learners, I'm planning on having them go autocrossing with me to teach them how to handle high-speed situations. However, nothing can protect an individual from excessive speeding and causing harm to themselves, but hopefully, not others.

Maybe I'm cold hearted but I have no sympathy for that guy. 4 or 5 speeding tickets in the last year. He was drinking as well, friends say he was sober...sure. that guy was a time bomb, thank god he didn't kill anyone else. I do feel bad for the camaro.

just because the car can do it doesn't mean you should drive it that fast, heck I have had mine over 90 maybe once and that was on an open straight highway in the middle of nowhere. wasn't on a crocked back road. Sad seeing a life thrown away like that!
