speedster is the only one I know of so far that modded the rear frame rails to fit 345's in the rear with a modified wheel. His build is incredible...

I wouldn't mod the suspension arms.. too cost prohibitive.

I run 335 width tires on the track (autocross) on a 12.5" wide wheel in the back. No mods whatsoever other than a custom wheel/offset to fit them. BTW.. these are on 18" wheels.

You serious? If you think for a second anyone is running in the 7s after pedaling, you dont spend too much time around fast cars...

watch the x275 class..... one of the big make/break points is how they get out of the hole. why else do you think they ramp in their boost/nitrous? because they can't hook.

LOL the 275 racing is what I am refering too..

So let me get this strait, you call this not hooking?

Also just a quick google search of 275 drag radial record showed this..

Blasted the NMRA SSO record running a blistering 7.395 @ 193 60 Ft 1.28 4.861 @ 154 1/8th on 275 M/T Radials

Do you really think any of those guys are "pedaling the crap out of thier cars"? Would you consider any of those guys not hooking?
