recalibrate for bigger wheels
Do anybody know if the speedometer can be recalibrated for bigger wheels(30") my speedometer is off bout 10 -15 mph

You can but you'll have to have someone get into the computer. Take it to a dealer and the can do it.
Or you can get a hand held and try it yourself. Check this out for calculating how much yours is off. https://tiresize.com/speedometer-calibration/

Don't do it!! Think about the mileage that you're saving on the odometer. You travel 60 miles and get 45 on the odometer. 18000 miles a year shows about 13500.
