Looks great man, congrats on the delivery! As for the CAI, I'd go ahead and drop it in- I don't think it'll have any negative impact on your break-in. I'm planning on putting mine in right away, unless somebody has evidence that I shouldn't.

Cornerspeed92 Congrats on the car! Tow hook and gills look great. Are the gills painted or a stick-on? I'm planning on getting them painted in a similar fashion as yours.

I also plan on adding the ZL1 side skirts and rear difuser. Undecided whether I'm changing the rear spoiler or not yet. I love the ZL1 spoiler but don't want to spend the money on another decklid/paint.

OzzySS, I think you should be fine so long as you follow the procedure and don't beat the tar out of it.

Yes it does ...nice car! ok so i just got back from my run to Vegas to work on breaking the motor in. I put 500 on her today,as i have never had a V8 and have nothing to compare this to,this thing is a beast.I cant wait to get this broke in and enjoy what seems to be never ending power. These 391 gears with the short throw, just rocks.
I read about a rough ride with the performance suspension,NOT it is just what it should be. I read about "DRONE"noise with the dual mode,i dont think so! In my opinion not loud enough, but i wouldn't exceed 4200 rpm's im sure it will be different at WOT,but still there wont be any kind of drone.I had the NPP fuse pulled from the dealer,so it is wide open,i couldn't imagine it the other way,it is just perfect.

Photo day for the new 1LE

I still can't believe this thing is sitting in my garage. Yesterday was photo day for her. A good bath and the hunt was on for a good spot to shoot. I took a punch of shots and wanted to just post a couple.
It still has paper tags and so far we have de-badged it, plasti-dipped the rear bezels and polished the strut tower brace to a mirror finish. This thing just doesn't need anything to be perfect.

This is killing me! Thats awesome!
Had to put my 2SS/RS VR 1LE on hold because we just went into 6 months of snow and it didnt make much sense just having it sit and waste away the warranty.
I'm living my dreams through your pictures...Looks Great!!! Keep them coming!

Love the de-badging...and the taillight bezels...I have no clue why they come chrome from the factory...nothing on the outside of the car is chrome...IMO chrome is for 1950s bumpers! Also maybe it needs 1 thing to be perfect...drop springs
