The hypertech tuner for my mustang turned off cel's. Not sure if it's the same for the camaro.

No there is no way to mess up on the datalogging, if you dont like the run just delete and start again as you wish.

About the hypertech, I could be wrong about the cel. I have trifecta, sorry.

As far as Datalog you get it or not. Once for some reason my computer didn't get the file and when Vince looked at it he said there was no data. The problem was my computer just didn't record it right. So I did it again no problem. That was like 1 out of 16 and that was my computer. it is as easy as recording from a dvr on your tv. then email the file

Does It take him a long time to send the new file? I'm like the most impatient person ever lol I've wasted easy 300 on next day shippings on my mods :/

It depends on how busy he is. He usually replies next day but if he's busy it might take a few days. You should probably know that usually with datalogging nothing of importance is done. I know it's to tweak the tune but chances are you won't even notice the difference so don't be waiting impatiently thinking its going to help a lot. Datalogging is usually more important with headers and bigger bolt-ons like that. When I datalogged my intake and exhaust, Vince said it was almost perfect but just tweaked some really fine details. Nothing you can really feel but just to keep the car safe. At least that's my experience.

I will say I am with you!! I like immediate turnaround. My experience has been soon roughly 24hrs, but that being said I think now it is much more as far as days. I havn't heard weeks really and if it went over 2 days I would place a friendly reminder.

but I get the initial gratification, but you have to ask yourself is 5 min gratification equal to 3 day. Sometimes yes sometimes no it depends on your situation.

Just weigh out what you really want and how customized it can get. My hunch is Hypertech is the fast food of tuning here, taste good but leaves you asking could it be better?

Data logging is to check fuel trims, see if we can add more timing, etc. About 50% of the time the car can take more timing than our base file comes with, and that leads to a few extra HP/TQ over the base line.

Hypertech for automatics and a few bolt ons excluding headers is awesome. I love mine.
