Ok wish there was some description to these videos but is this correct:

Video 1 is with the blower plates and the supercharger temp is 92f with an engine temp of 179f

Video 2 is without the blower plates and the supercharger temp is 104f with an unknown engine temp......?

Really should have taken the temp from the same spots and described what we are looking at.

I tried to show where the laser is pointing at. Both videos show temp being pulled from the head surface just below the blower mounting flange, then raising the temp gun gradually up to the top of the supercharger.

both have been taken after either several boosted runs or daily driving.

The images are actually videos. Theres a definite temperature change on the exterior surface between the block and the blower assembly

I am Interested. Had a similar product on my Cobalt and it helped a little. Every bit helps when you start losing tenths at the strip due to heat soak in the final rounds (5-10 minutes between last runs of the day).

Would need to be a complete kit with all hardware needed.
Would obviously raise the blower which affects the belt fit and tension.
(in my case with the cobalt this actual helped eliminate some belt slip)

I would suggest putting the car on the dyno with and without the plates on the same day and showing IAT temp and blower exterior temp difference after and during each run.

Will there be a list of parts you get in the kit?

And does the belt need to be changed?

belt would need to be longer as the top pulley wheel is now higher up.

Set of plates, gaskets and new JIS 10.9 hardware.
Direct bolt on set up, current belt should still fit, tensioner will just adjust in.
It's a fully street tested set up. I am working on another local zl1 that I should have before and after with actual temps and Dyno comparisons to come.

THE VERDICT

I installed these yesterday(install was easy)I started the car to let it warm up while I cleaned up the garage when the DIC said 199 deg. both the fans were on(including both on my Lingenfelter HX)and I touched the lid and it was as cool as the fender was, fast forward till today, after driving the car for a 1/2 hour with several trips to 6500 rpm I got home, parked in the driveway popped the hood and immediately touched the lid while it was hot I could still keep my hand on it.
The driving experience was good also, I could feel the "peppiness" in the car like it was fall again,I haven't had a opportunity to log IAT2"s but I can tell you this if my ass can feel it then I'm sure it's working and it was 88 degrees outside.

No spacers here and I can hold my hand on mine after driving around.
Now after a 1/4 mile run I can cook breakfast on it.
Can you do some data logging? Ass feel doesn't count.
