You can either call or order online. If you're referring to me with a minimum shipping charge of $8.95.. it costs me more than that to send to half the places in the US.

You just dropped $39k on a Camaro and you are fretting about a $6 oil filter?

No thank you...

I will stick to a Wix, Mobil1 or last case, K&N.

You look at the price difference between a substandard $6 filter over a $12 premium filter over the life of said filter, you are looking at a six pack of Bud Light.

Sorry....This mentality rubs me raw. You spend your hard earned money on a nice car and skimp on an oil filter. Let me guess...You put 87 octane in and buy the non-standard SAE uncertified oil on sale for 99 cents a quart.

I compare this oil filter issue to what I see here in Detroit. Guy has a $60k Cadillac Escalade. Lives in a run down house with no running water. NO, I am NOT joking. Who the hell buys a $60k car and lives in a 10k house?

If you would like, I can take a picture of the Escalade and the house tomorrow.

Banshee who are you talking to. I was asking who sold the AC Delco filter that goes on the car. I have never said anything about filters being to expensive. Now shipping is another thing. Please read before you type.

Well, I agree that banshee might need to consider drinking decaf, but your original post does specify the word "cheap" twice!!! So yes, as crazy as it sounds, that might lead us to believe you are concerned about the price. Maybe you should re-read your own posts?!?!? FYI...just about any auto parts store will more than likely have an oil filter that will fit on your car, including the PF48. It's up to you what brand you want to use and the price you want to pay.

Why not actually compare specs on filters. Get an Amsoil filter. Lasts up to 25K with Amsoil lubes.
