and others if you want.
We had a first time cruise/show down here in CT yesterday ...and it went off pretty well on a weeks notice.
There were 30 + cars and the 5th gens represented well

, 2 IOM's and a SIM.... mine, Camaro5 members ( Verio) from Mass and (Rob Hancock) from here in CT came down with their cars too ( thank you) !!
There was another 5th gen owner there as well (RJT 2SS with 21's)..but he came down in his 55 pro street Belair, my neighbor knows him..so I'll try to get him to bring the RJT next time.

The show went well... and were going to try another, there's plenty of parking and an outdoor patio over looking the show area, where you can have a cold beverage

... or a nice bite too eat, and if you need a break from the heat there's plenty of indoor seating as well.
There were a couple new Challengers, and ShelbyGT500s ...so the new muscle was well represented as well as the classics ..... hope to see some more 5thGens next time.!!!

it's just minutes off either exit 9 or 10 off of Rte 9

Where in CT did you guys meet. I'm 20 minutes from Putnum 15 now that I got the Camaro lol

My car is due in this week, I am about 1 hour 50 minutes from there. Depending on many things, I may be able to make it!

Right off of route 9 past Middletown. Maybe 2-3 minutes off of the exit.

Will there be more in the future after August 8th? I am already out of town on the 8th, (and I don't have my car YET!) but it would be a nice ride for the wife and I to take to meet some Camaro5 members.

It's a strong possibility we'll be doing every other week...right now we're feeling it out, I'll keep posting as we progress.
But..... there's nothing stopping a bunch of 5th gens gathering there on a Saturday regardless of whether the shows continue.
