I was thinking about buying these for my car but I was wondering if anyone had them installed on Victory Red and if you could post pictures of how they look

Not sure if you are referring to the factory GM accessory splash guards or something else? Might want to post a pic of an example online or a link to the product you are considering?
FYI, most of us have gone with ZL1 rear splash guards (They fit very nicely, look much better, and are easy to install) and then you'll have to choose between a couple of aftermarket suppliers for the front splash guards.
