As long as my left leg (clutch) is strong enough, I'm keeping it! Then I pass it down to one of my sons and HE can drive me around in it!

I got mine in January. I have been modding it quite a bit. I think it will likely be sold at my estate sale.
For me, it just seems like a good time. No car payment anymore, and I'll probably be in the mood for a "refresh" of my current car. Performance or cosmetic mods would probably be nice.

Mine will be a keeper, I'm not one to buy every few years. I like, research, settle on a car and that's that!

Currently my only other "bought new" that was for myself is my 92 LX stang. Still got her, and plan on keeping her even after getting a 2SS (which will hopefully be very soon).

Like many above, once I know my kid will drive it with care (not at 16!) I'll hand it down more than likely, or tell him to get his own... haha.

You get severely punished in this liberal bastion for buying a new car. I am fed up with getting my f$%#ing pocket picked. If you buy new tires for your SS in Taxachusetts, you will pay $113.00 in sales tax. We can get away with buying our tires in New Hampshire, but not our cars.

In 5 years when it's paid off I will decide whether to keep it and mod the hell out of it, or sell it to buy a Z-28!

I am keepiing mine until my son is old enough to drive then it is all his, he is 11 now. I told him that when he gets the camaro I am getting a vette. He tells me "no you need to buy a Z28 first then get the vette". It took me a minute to realize he was setting up his next 2 cars at 11..... Little SOB......

Same story with me as well. My son is 11 now and will get this Camaro when he starts driving and I'll move onto the Z28(if avail.) or a Vette.

I've had my truck for 11 years since I bought it new. It's still in my drive way and gets driven all the time. In a few years when they pump out the 6th gen my Camaro will just get another stable mate.
