I think my mylink sucks....
I can't pair my iphone for anything anymore and every time i've tried to upload a background picture on the mylink with a flash drive, it wont work. I'm pissed.

I rarely have problems with Siri. Perhaps you need to use the feature more. She will learn to understand what you say.

I am in the same boat. Most of the problem is due to the fact that the system requires the use of preselected phrases. You can't speak to the MyLink system like you would to another person. You have to use those phrases.

MyLink Voice recognition is terrible. It was bad in 2010 and still bad in 2013.
Siri voice recognition is excellent. I use it all the time too. Trouble is, when pairing the iPhone to the Camaro, Siri doesn't seem to work. You can listen to music and dial calls by Mylink's voice recognition but Siri is nowhere to be found. |

I have a 13 camaro dusk edition and MyLink does not recognize the "voice"command either. It states in the owners manual that you first say "Bluetooth" and then "voice" but it doesn't work. That was the way I did it in my 12 LaCrosse and it worked beautifully so it has nothing to do with Siri or the iPhone. It is MyLink. It also will not understand voice commands to change songs on Bluetooth devices. It seems they have to be connected to USB.
