Thin paint in the engine compartment

I noticed very thin paint on my ZL1, it's on the side of the engine compartment where the fender bolts on (more on the fender). you can see what looks like primer showing through. Just wondering if any else have noticed it on theirs

I will post pictures soon....

Yep, mine too. My vin is #876. Going to talk to the dealer on Monday to correct. Also had a few "buzz" marks in the paint where imperfections were "buzzed" out on the line. Buffed right out. Whats your vin?

My wife noticed that there were some places under the the leading edge of the hood where the paint is chipped off. I will use some of the touch-up paint that Maureen from Rodgers Chevrolet gave to fix instead of going to the dealer.

Brought the car to the dealer for this issue and another today he said he will see if it will be covered. He believed there would be no problem, it is a very obvious issue. fingers are crossed.

I have a question: The black wheels, is a poor paint finish on them normal? I noticed a few spots where it was scuffed when the tire install was done, but on the rear lip and drums of the rim the paint if very thin almost transparent. it almost looks like it has a polished inner lip its so thin. Any suggestions on that issue?
