Question Quad Turbo?

How does a quad turbo work? I was just watching a video of a quad turbo nissan skyline gtr v6. Is it possible in the v6 camaro. Just some food for thought

Better be very tiny turbos to have enough exhaust gas to spool all of them up. I would just go the twin turbo route for the v-6.

The only quad turbo that I've heard of is on the Veyron. I think it has 1 for each cylinder bank (it has 4 banks of 4 cylinders)

But if its on a V6 I imagine that there would be 2 different sized turbos, one small one large. There would be one of each for each side of the engine. The small turbos would spool up quickly to give low end boost and reduce turbo-lag while the others give the car more top end power. It would definitely be possible to do this on any V-type engine: V6, V8, V10, V12, etc; but I don't see much advantage over a good twin turbo system given the excessive cost and complication of this. A classic example of "just because you can, doesn't mean you should"
