You can go to the weld web site and look for the link to the PDF for fitment. The weld page recommends a replacement lower control arm and gives a part number but many are running without changing the LCA. The rear is a 7.2 inch backspace. I just know that because I looked it up on their web site and have the rear rims in my cart at Summit. Just waiting for a few more $ in my account before I order what is in the cart.

Nice looking car!! Can you find out the what backspacing the rear wheels have? I would like to know the rear spacing before I drop the hammer and order a NEW set. Seems that yours fit real nice, with no rubbing, so if you were to get the exact measurements, that would help out a ton for all of us that are wondering........

Jessrayo answered your question.

Weld has a Camaro fitment guide. Use the specs they recommend.

Only one of my welds hit the sway bar mounting bolt, looks like I will be able to grind the bolt enough to remedy this. However, I can always use a 2010 sway bar and links that are mounted more inboard away from the wheel, and the mounting tabs are still on the ZL1 rear control arms for the 2010 links. It looks like the rear control arms are completely clear so far.

I am running the M and H drag radial so far, with slicks in the future, I have also heard hoosier will be making a wider than 9" slick in 17" soon.

Perhaps switching the bolt facing direction if plausible?

I don't think it is possible as it is the sway bar end link bolt (the bolt in the background, not the one near the edge of the wheel, in the above photo posted by Trackman). More testing is required though, I am probably going to just grind the head of the bolt down a 1/16 or so, and I feel that should do it, or I may be able to alter how the sway bar mount is fitted. It is just scraping the duct tape off I put on the wheel barrel and just hardly scratching the wheel itself.

I tried my wheels again the other night and still no nicks on the inner barrel of the wheel or the lower control arm. Yes the bolt head for the sway bar is also very very close. I agree, if the bolt head from the sway bar starts to touch I will also just touch it with the grinder.

Thanks for the update. I'll probably do some grinding the fist time I mount mine... Any updates to your 1/4 times?
