498/451 GPI SS3 LS3 Cam Results!
Ole Muddflap brought his car in today for the cam install, gears, and shift light install.
I got the cam and dyno tuning done today, tomorrow is the rest. But enough of the small talk...lol. Car already had tsp longtubes, adm race intake/scoop setup, and I had dyno tuned it. It was a nice cool day here, and this morning the car baselined 414 rwhp. Off the rollers it came to start ripping into it. I installed our LS3 SS3 cam, and a Powerbond underdrive pulley. Strapped it back down to the rollers, about 10* warmer than when we made our pulls this morning. Results were AWESOME, and the cam sounds great at idle! Its not a peaky cam, look at the average power, and the gains start down low and keep growing with more rpm. |

Good Job Rhino!! I remember talking to Muddflap at Adm when I first met him and I recall hearing him saying that he wanted a flat torque curve! Looks to me like this set up gave him EXACTLY what he wanted! Sounds great too!
Now time for some suspension upgrades! |

Yeah we do, and I need some coilovers, 18's and DR's and soon after a Street Slayer Clutch.

Maybe by the time you are ready, I may have my wheels and tires for sale! We at least know they will pull 1.560 60 ft times lol.
