Looks like Pedders Shock Absorber Service is forcing USA to file chapter 7. So it's the parent going after the kid.

Pedders USA may or may not be done.....I know Pete/Deb ain't done.

Look at all the knowledge the man has posted on this site, suspension, brakes, wheels/tires, setups, alignments. All the time he put in to help out individuals with issues.....even issues with competitors setups.

Pete will be back, Patience!!!

I hope so I've read numerous posts of his, and had a few back and forth pm's regarding my suspensions. The man was/is very insightful.

Personally I'm getting tired of the Justice Pete nut hugging going on. Just another business that went tits up and screwed people over. And hung them out to dry too, not one bit of correspondence. Took their money when they damn well knew they were in trouble too.

If he's in the middle of a law suit he's not exactly in a position to discuss anything. I'm sure he'll let us know his situation once he's able to.

I've dealt with Pete through this forum, and over the phone.
He has always supplied me with great advice, knowledge, and great products.
He knows how to make the 5th gen work awesome.
I hope he lands on his feet and returns doing what he loves.
My 2 cents.

Man some if you guys are a$$holes. Business is business. Pete was always a nice guy. He sent me free bushings because I posted a complaint about a competitors product. When I wanted to buy a replacement dust cover for my coil over he sent it to me free. As a person he appeared to be a great guy that was trying to make a successful business. It sucks when your business goes sour, but it's not like he wasn't out there trying. Cut him some slack.

Pedders is not "going bust." There's some legal trouble between the USA company and the home base in Australia. We don't know anything specific probably because any content posted by either side can be used against them in court. If I were in court for any reason, you better believe I wouldn't say anything to anyone without the approval of my JAG or attorney. I'm sure Pedders is doing very much the same thing by keeping quiet.
