Dealer / Official Pricing questions

I called my local dealer today and he told me that they do not have pricing on the Camaro yet? Is there something official released from GM yet on pricing? Only thing that I have seen is the Camaro5 info that is a sticky at the top of the pricing/ordering section. I'd like to have something official just in case they give me that line again.

Also, the MSRP on the 2SS is $33,430. Does this price include the destination charge of $750 or would that be on top of the $33,430? Thanks in advance as always.

Just got back from my dealer tonight and made change on my order. Still no pricing from GM or any other information on car.

Yes GM have not supplied the dealers with pricing yet. The $750 destination charge is indeed on top of that price.

Thats Strange, I ordered mine friday and got the completed dealer sheet with the total sales price incliuding tax title and license fees.. how could they do that if they did not get the prices from GM?

P.S. The prices agreed completely with the published sheet plus the $750 destination charge...

Maybe its only certain dealerships that don't have prices? Or have an Official wording of price?

I got the same thing.. was @ MSRP price plus the stuff I added on. plus a $750 delivery charge

Dealerships are the worst informed people ever, I swear if I had $100 dollars for every point of all their combined IQ scores I wouldn't have but $1

Nothing is official...the MSRP sheet that was leaked was simply that...a leak!

Thanks!

At least we all have an idea on price now. Let's just hope that if there is a price increase, it will not be much more than the leaked price sheet.

Yeah, my dealer wouldn't commit 100% on the price that the order detailed, but I have to believe that there wouldn't be much change to it after all was said and done. I'm an optimist.

Since I can get GMU pricing, I'll be somewhere close to invoice. Lets just hope the first dealer I go to will take it. I don't know why they wouldn't.

Because they can easily sell the same car for MSRP - why lose money?
