Tuning help?

I have a l99 with a turbo and built 427 and on dyno it will make a full pull cold but once the car gets hot it starts bogging on the pulls after that cause the ecu is retarding the timing is there a way I can stop it from doing that? I have a hp tuner ? Any tips are appreciated.

Post a log of what's happening along with the file. This question would be better suited on the HP Tuners forum, though.

Is it an auomatic? If so as he trans temps climb the ECM will pull timing to reduce the tq applied to it. Very frusrating...

If the dyno shops fans are not up to par, then the only thing you can do is let it cool down a bit between runs.
