Forgeline GA3 10s + 11s

I decided to change out my TSW Nurbergrings cause they didn't fit the Toyo R888s properly and the traction suffered.

I contacted Perry at PTS and we eventually got the front offset figured out so that they will clear the Pfadt coilovers and the negative camber setting. The Forgeline GA3's are awesome. Light and much stronger than the TSWs. I was worried about tracking the TSWs, but next season, I will not hesitate taking the Camaro down to PIR or SIR.

Here are the wheel specs:
Front: 20x10 +17mm offset
Rear: 20x11 +44mm offset

The car now has much improved front end grip, braking and steering feel due to the 285 R888 tires making much better contact with the pavement. The stance is even more agressive and the HTM finish on the Forgelines are really nice.

BTW, anyone interested in my TSWs??

Forgelines are bad ass. I have the SO3P's, chromed, hidden lightweight hardware. I see you got 20x10's on the front? That's what I initially ordered, but Forgeline recomended 20x9.5's for the front.

Your setup looks great.

When Perry @ PTS and I were working out the offsets, we also asked Forgeline what offset is needed to fit 20x10's in the front. They came back with +32mm offset. Obviously they did not understand what we needed.

The TSW 20x9's has a +20mm offset and they are already close to the coilover spring perches. I think 20x10 +32mm might fit stock struts, ride height and stock alignment Camaros. If you have coilovers or agressive negative camber, you will need 20x10 +17mm offset. Besides the 20x10 +17mm Forgelines come right out to the front fender (maybe even 1 to 2 mm past) which is perfect by me. In reality, I could have fit 20x11's up front too since the Forgelines are 100% custom. All it would have meant is that the wheel would stick 1" outside the fender. That's a bit too much. I think this picture explains what I'm talking about.

For the rears, I would have gone 20x11 +42 or +41mm (instead of +44 as recommended by Forgeline). The reason is that they rub the parking brake cables ever so slightly. Fortunately, there is already a thread out that addresses this issue (you have to tie back the cable). But, I don't mind the wheel/tire sticking out past the fender a slight bit to avoid the brake cable.
