Looks absolutely gorgeous, but I'd love to see a Camaro in a shade similar to Deep Impact Blue available on Ford Mustang.

Why the F is GM so hell bent on offering these dark blues? It doesn't look that great on this body style.
The lighter or medium blues do look great on this body style, along with the awesome Synergy Green offered briefly a couple of years ago. The Hot wheels car, the aqua blue, those were Amazing colors. Every time i go to the dealership to look its always the same old thing, black, white, ketchup, & mustard. Oh...and Magenta (Magenta...really GM????) It seems they are ignoring their customers or maybe they have some colorblind people choosing paint for these cars. How many shades of red does this car need...but cant get a decent blue? Seriously wtf? Ford seems to have no problem offering nice greens and blues with the mustang. Same thing with Dodge on the Challenger. What gives Chevy??? |

Found something today I thought was interesting.
Cadillac ATS Coupe---Dark Adriatic Blue Metallic (Color Code G1M) Camaro---Blue Velvet Metallic (Color Code G1M) Same color different name. Here are some real world pictures of that color on something sharp (not like a SUV). While it is a darker blue than I would have picked (Laguna Blue or Opulent Blue Metallic) would have been my first choices.....it is pretty sharp ! -------------------------------

Haven't seen it on a Camaro as yet, however, from what I can tell on the Chev Traverse, it looks very close to the Imperial Blue Metallic on my 2010 SS. Have to admit though, I like it better than the Blue ray offered over the last 2 years! Less Grey ... more Blue tint as it should be! Blue ray lovers.
Still think there should be a Medium Blue Metallic and Medium Polo Green colours added to the list! Just saying? |

This is the third incarnation of a dark metallic blue. I always thought that a light silverish blue would have been better.
