Upgrading all my audio

I'm looking to upgrade my sound system. The door speakers, new sub and a new amp. Any suggestions!?

I have plenty of suggestions. What kind of budget are we looking at, and what are you looking for in a system?

I was looking for a good, CLEAN, loud thump. But I want clear vocals, id rather have less bass if it meant being able to hear the words. But dont get me wrong, i do want thump. And im looking to keep it around 4-500. thank man

I am also interested in something fairly cheap. I already have subs. (spent $250 pm me if you want details) but I would love to replace the tweeters and door speakers if it would make a noticeable difference. Can i avoid adding an amp?

To each is own....

I'm loving my Kenwood DDX719 DVD Reciever & Metra Dash Kit. I kept the stock speakers & it sounds great. While watching a DVD you really get the booming sound! Picked it up on Amazon.com for $419.00 & the Metra Kit on Ebay for $215.00....a steal. Don't pay over $300.00 for it. Shop around

Doing a component set in the doors will help a lot in the vocals I'm about to do two 8s (the newest kicker cvr) that just came out. They sound good, don't take up a lot of space. I work at a audio shop so I get things a lot cheaper and im still paying $900 ( for is component sets in doors, the ks693 in back, the new kx800.5 amp and two 8" cvrs
