Ive had issues if i pull too much timing it throws misfire codes and the car kinda stumbles off the line. Any ideas? Im running the lnc-2000.

So assuming you are already using an LNC-2000, two step (must) then to get it to spool up turbos but not overcome the brakes- Install a std. MAC pneumatic ($25ebay) solenoid in the vac line to the BOV. Then wire that to the same button you are using for your two step. Hook it up such the the vac signal normally passes through it but when activated, it traps the vac that was in the BOV in it and vents any boost coming from the intake manifold. Now the turbos will easily blow open the BOV and not be able to boost the engine (thus you don't over power your brakes) but they will be spooled up at the line.
A higher stall will certainly make the car hit way harder off the line, but this is a really well spent $25 and 30min install that will make a huge difference on the parts you have now.
I like the idea of using a solenoid to bypass the reference to the bov, i think i'll try that.

So what rpm on the footbrake would be best. Car will spool .5 psi with no timing pulled at 2700rpm
S261 1.0
365
E85

I'm guessing an extra 500rpm

So currently, anything over 2700 and .5psi over powers the brakes? That's too tight a stall or you need a trans brake to hold the car at the line.

You want to pull all 15^ of timing while it's on the two step. That's what's going to light the turbos. And that's going to cut some power out of the motor that is currently pushing you through your brakes.
Also those turbine housing are just too big IMO for that motor.
On those turbos with that motor, I would want to be two stepping at 3500-4000RPM. The 4L80 has a pretty tall first gear, so you need to hit with a lot of power to launch a 4200lb car. It's a lot easier with the 6L80 super short first gear torque multiplication. The deck is currently stacked against you.

I'll have it restalled so it will do about 3500 on the foot brake. I can always pull timing on top of it if that doesn't work thanks.

Lots of fast cars here, so enjoy. Maybe the world's fastest G8 (AGP) GXP at 27:20?
