So, what the difference between OEM Brembos and Aftermarket Brembos

Probably color and that's it. You could get 6 piston instead of four.

Yea, unless you move to 6 piston which are better in stopping power

aftermarket might have a different compound for increased stopping power at the cost of reduced life.
