The only thing that comes to mind is Why?

China really doesn't have too many cars, AFAIK, they stick to public transport and bicycles, don't they? If that's the case... would there really even be an audience for this..?

In 2011.. you have the reason why GM kept Buick. There is a car culture developing in China, and they'll steal anything.. er co-develop anything to help make more money.

The hammer and sickle has been replaced by the dollar (Yuan) sign in the east..

China is now the Number 1 vehicle market in the World, outselling the U.S....

I strongly suspect their exploding-in-numbers middle class are interested in more than the GVW of rickshaws...
