We might get it running this coming week.

I put in the instrument carrier today. I'll snap some pictures on Monday. The gauges look awesome in the car.

We should be able to get it running this week. Maybe today.

Next will be interior work. Finish off the air conditioning. Electrical. Exhaust work. Paint stripe and exterior trim.

I'm hoping to get it into the Reliable Chevy show on the 31st of July. It'll be tight.

I don't think we'll get it running this week. Jim has pulled the two guys working on my car back onto his drift car. They leave Monday and will not be back until the 27th.

So much for getting it ready for the Reliable Chevy show.

In the meantime, I'm going to focus on the interior. I have Jay from Bear Nut Upholstery coming over this Friday or early next week.

Bryan from Innovative Audio is coming over next week to lay down the audio wiring.

I'll work on what I can (carpet, panels, power windows, A/C ducts and vents, etc.).

I also plan on getting the glass tinted before they get put into the car.

I did get a new steering column and wheel. I may be able to get that in as well.

So, my fingers are crossed to get it finished mid-August. Most likely, end of August.

Thumbs up More Progress

More progress being made. We won't get it running this week. It'll happen after the boys get back from racing drift cars with Jim Guthrie.

In the meantime, I'll work on the interior.
