there is a lot of good ideas.
cowl induction hood
rpm tach on the outside of the hood
lighter weight
put the rs badges on the the ss/rs
also the car is a sports car so we don't need all that fancy stuff make the car handle better faster and kill the competition

Maggie.

Like everyone else, they all want a Z/28 option. I don't see why GM would think it wouldn't sell. Anyone who is buying this Camaro more than likely knows about the old days, and like myself and my father too, Camaros just aren't Camaros if there's no Z/28.

Weight Watchers!

I understand why modern vehicles weigh as much as they do thanks to government safety regulations, and it is not GM's fault, but I would like to see some weight reduction if possible.

Please and thank you!

change the seatbelts !!!!they are the same as they were from 1982-2002.put them into the seats as they are in the trucks, and loose the fuelmang on the L99,it makes the car run like crap, and the power just isnot there!

2011 Camaro

How about? Navigation system, XM traffic, an all season performance tire, a spare tire for the SS, HEADS UP DISPLAY, PERFORMANCE EXHAUST OPTION, add an instant fuel economy feature in the DIC, "Style trim group" blackout paint scheme for left and right fender impression with blackout panel beneath rear spoiler, extending the stripes over the rear spoiler, a second more aggressive rear spoiler option(not a high mount), make the HID headlamps a separate option, make the console gauges a free flow option, making cloth available on a 2SS, MORE EXTERIOR COLORS, and an option of the old style SS emblems in a group...all over the car.

more special editions like "Transformers" and others catered to specific buyer groups especially for 6 cylinder models...especially for young owners.

Z/28 could be born as a handling package with different cosmetics, but NO ENGINE CHANGES.

what id like to see....

my preference in this order....

- those totally awesome rear lights on the cencept (i havent even seen those on aftermarket yet )

- optional 6way passenger seat option (w/ a button that will move the passenger seat completely forward and when pressed again to its previous position)

- keyless entry

- height adjustable seatbelts

- push button start

- optional brembos on v6

- climate control (single zone is fine)

- hold down the unlock doors button on the keyfob to lower the windows

- indoor lever to open gas tank

- perhaps slightly more indented shark fins on the exterior body

- optional body color painted ground effects package (what the hell were they thinking with the grey as the only option?)

- extended length stripes (as like bumblebee)

===============================

slight mods id like to see

- rally yellow replaced with a slightly more dull yellow, if not sunset, something closer to it
- white replaced with an ivory type white
- remove the aqua and replace with green for the green lovers
- i would absolutely love to see a darker beige for the beige interior. something closer to coffee cream color. A red interior option would be a wish come true.

In dash LCD screen would be nice. Complete with a nav and entertainment system(maybe a back up camera). 12" wide wheels would be an option i would add to my ride.

maybe someone already said this but anyway-- a quick-release for the backrest on pass. side so it moves forward on track.... bigger outside mirrors somehow without sacrificing design but I realize that's impossible. Better/bigger/more high quality sunvisors...

Thread was created in Feb and just now making front page?..............

HUD
LCD touch screen NAV
Functional mailslot (ram air)
Lowered a little more, minimize tire to fender spacing
Reverse lights have to go somewhere else!!!
Modernize the interior with que's from the CTS-V like the gauges.

Green

I would have ordered Green if they offered it. And I will be a little disappointed when they bring green out and I don't have one.
