Resonated x pipe makes the biggest difference. All the gross raspy sound goes away, and the tone is much more mellow. It replaces the factory h-pipe

I have an LS3 with 2" LT, cat delete, and the stock cat back and it's quiet enough at idle and driving normally. It will get pretty loud at wide open though. I would imagine they would let up after getting the stock exhaust put back on.

Why not swap to the NPP exhaust?
Any if you have any extra change, pick up the noweeds cut outs.
