I won't be changing wheels/tires on this car, unless I acquire some Z/28 fender flares and go with 305 tires all the way around. I actually like the stock wheels on these cars.

Invoice = $37,730, minus $500 rebate, minus $1500 GM card credits. $35,730 total

I previously owned a '10 SS, '11 SS convertible, and now we are on our third 5th gen. This time around, we picked a '14 1SS/RS 1LE in Summit White. The car has cloth interior, but came with the optional multi-speaker Boston system and the reverse camera/sensor group. MSRP was $39.6K, but we got it for invoice minus $500 rebate. The car was an inventory car at a local Chevy dealership.

This newest Camaro is our most favorite so far. The handling off of the dealership floor is amazing compared to the previous two, which required a lot of suspension upgrades to even come close. We really like the newer radio and the reverse camera. The shifter is definitely shorter and more precise than the previous car. Steering feels more responsive, as well. Can't wait to get this one out on the road course. Eventually we'll do a cam and headers, but no hurry. Just going to enjoy this one stock for a while, as it is excellent.

Plus, it matches our 2013 Viper coupe, the other track car.

I don't track my cars competitively, just for fun. If I were seeking to shave every tenth of a second off of lap times, then it would make sense to go with smaller diameter wheels on wider tires. But, I still enjoy tracking cars even on stock wheels/tires.

The only thing I think the 1LE should have come with is the 6-piston front ZL1 brakes. Luckily, that is an inexpensive mod that bolts right on. May do some CTS-V front calipers and rotors, powdercoated red, later on. My daily driver is a CTS-V, the brakes work very well for a car that heavy.
