I plan on going with 275/40 on 9" rims for the front and 305/30 on 11" in the rear.
So what your saying for the Front 20x8 and Rear 20x9 would be this?

But then that wouldn't match be two different sets of tires making it look weird O_o

However, this is the exact set up I am running with the Nitto NT05's and it works for me. My car is lowered about 1.5" also. I did buy these rims to run 285's all around but couldn't find any tires in that size that I wanted to run. I think you may run into rubbing issues running a 305 up front.

I am getting 20x10s for all four with an offset of +35 and will be mounting 275/40z. should work? ill get different tires later but for now this is what i got to work with. is there any problem i am not seeing? i did try to create a new thread for the question but i dont have privalidges for that yet i guess haha

I have this wheel the Bravado Americana 20x9.5 on all corners I would like to go a little wider than 245/45/20 and still remain within the 3% tolerance that is recommended on 1010 tires website. Can anyone that has knowledge of this little problem and could possibly recommend a tire size that will keep me within that 3% range.
I am not interested in what you are running and this or that will work but a definite answer from a tire guru.Sorry guys I am not being rude but I am having surgery next week and would love to get this sorted out because I will not be able to drive my car for about 4 weeks.

Hey i have a 2010 2SS and i just put my first set of winter wheels and tires on it...i went down from the stock 245/45 20s and 275/40 20s to 295/45/19 on all fours is that ok? because the list on the first page has 295/40/19 recommended..will it have any problems?

Hello everyone, Did anyone change their stock tires on their 2SS and replaced them with wider tires on stock wheels? If so what size tires did you go with?

285/30 works on the rear too... it's a healthy size tire that still fits the OEM 21 width... what's not to like?

HELP!!!
I have a 2012 camaro LS. Im debating on getting 20's or 22's. 22's look better in my opinion. I live in San Diego CA so the weather here is perfect, never have to worry about snow or anything like that. I would like to get them staggered but im wondering if tires are going to be super expensive. Im only 20 years old so I am on a budget.
pros and cons on 22's?
should I go with staggered or go same size all around to stay within my budget?
any other thoughts? THANKS!

tires for 22's are more expensive. There are a lot of factors that affect the exact price like wheel size, and how much tire wall you want. I just picked up a set of 22's and the tires are 1400.

20" rims are cheaper, and for the most part, so are the tires. It all comes down to the look you want within your budget. I've seen some pretty good aggressive looks on some cars sitting on 20's. If your going for Auto-X or drag/DD, then your best performance option would be 20's. If your looking for showing the car, then 22's, IMO would be best. I dont plan on doing drag or auto-x till i can put more money into performance, so i went with 22's

Cool thanks man!!! Any suggestions on what kind of tires I need? I think I'm going with 22's. Don't need all weather. Just rain and sunny days.
