Passanger car, as per question...the Suburban was covered earlier.
Answer: Malibu, since '97. Impala reappeared in MY 2000. Spinners as an "option", or as an "accessory"? Just clarifying... As an Accessory, I believe it was the '57 Chev; as an RPO, as part of the '61 SS Package. Corvette, however, had 'em Standard in '53. |

In 1962, Option Code 133 got you (4) "Covers, Wire Wheel (simulated)".
