Thanks. Just a normal guy with a powerful mind and tendons and ligaments that do what I tell them too.

I should have clarified...that was on the elliptical...not running. Had to ditch the running for a while...battling foot and shin splints. Made the decision tonight to do the bike for the next few weeks to try and heal up some things.

Powerful mind and tendons are one thing, squatting 450+ is a different ball game man, especially at 190 something lbs. Hopefully I'll be there within a year or so. Also, at 190, you're not really built for running long distances. I'm 215ish right now (after coming down 20lbs. in the past month and a half) and I get shin splints after about 2 miles. It sucks, but I gotta run to stay in shape for work. I mostly do sprints, all under 400 meters.

Chest workout today. Shoulder has been a bit sore lately. Starting to feel better and picking back up on the weight. Legs are tomorrow. Gonna put some serious work in on squat.

I have what's known as the "joint gremlin"... It spend it's time going back and forth between my elbows and shoulders...although not so much my shoulders anymore since I started doing some preventive maintenance on them.

Lol. I've got the same gremlin. My shoulder is alot better. Ice packs have been my best friend lmao

190 + mini bands doubled 8 x 3
Dumbbell military press..worked up to 95 x 10
Dumbbell tricep extensions done on the floor 75x3x10
Abs..maybe 200 reps
10 minutes in the sauna...
