No, it is purchased with the guages, and has to be installed.

From what I've heard there is a wiring harnis under the console on all the Camaros. My understanding is that you'll just have to buy the guages (which will have part of the wiring harness) pull up the console cover, plug it in, and replace it with the one you bought.

Now one thing I'm not sure of is that I heard rumors that you'll still have to have a someone tune the car to have it start sending signals through the harness. Sounds feasible but not sure if that is correct.

I think GM had ever intention for customers to be able to add the guage cluster easily.
