Listen to this OP, he knows what he is talking about!!

Thanks,

Two. There is no chance of burning thru paint using the PC.

I wouldn't recommend using it in direct sunlight/when the car is hot to the touch! But most people already know that

Rinsing this way can lead to a difference between one towel to dry and three.

I'm not trying to be combative; I'm just trying to help. I know you know the technique but you could post your own video of it here if you want to keep this self-contained.

Thanks for the thread!
Sorry, I'm not sure where you're going with this. I agree, sheeting or pooling rinse is an excellent idea.

Did I forget to put that in the post?

"The next step is to rinse the car. If you don’t know how to rinse a car, please read no further as I cannot help you."

I know it was a splash of humor. I was just saying some don't know about it and it does help. I really was just trying to help; humor-be-damned.

Gotcha. You're right. I would actually consider the sheeting rinse a separate entity than the standard rinse I was referring to. Definitely an oversight on my part

Good catch, I appreciate it. I'm adding it now. I owe you a beer

I just put some on my black car this Sunday and it was fairly humid out. As long as the car is dry and cool you shouldn't have any issues.

I swear by blackfire wet diamond now, the shine is so

Yeah I don't need to worry about the surface being hot.
Just wanted to make sure humidity doesn't play a role in the hazing and curing time.

Can't wait to use it, that's IF I can. This rain is getting a little annoying

It tends to sweat in humid conditions

Nice job! For Claying, you say to not bother drying the car after the washing. Are you saying to use water as the lubricant for the clay instead of the detail?
