Thumbs up Thank You Dylan@ adams polishes

I bought the large container of the american paste wax.....i had stored the applicator since the time i bought it i noticed the wax was very soggy and did not apply well...i emailed dylan and got a responce back right away! We narrowed it down to that the applicator was being stored in the case that caused the problem. Even though it was my fault he sent me a container of the wax and a applicator and got it today! thanks dylan!

I had an issue to when storing the pad inside the container, the pad almost looked molded (black dots) and begain to pit. Adams should note somewhere on the container that the pad should not be stored in the container after use.

So I lost out on a pad as I discarded it before contacting Adams, not sure why I did that

I know if I contacted them they would have replaced the pad, I have no idea why I didn't.

There actually is an insert in each pot that separates the applicator and wax during shipment. Says right at the bottom not to store in the tub... we started adding these about a year ago I believe.
