looks like only the orders with a 5/14 TPW are moving to 3100, which means the rest of us must be 5/21 TPW, I think is the last week of production for MY12

I 've made an observation that a few of us who are buying the ZL-1 are currently new age GTO owners, interesting. Were any of you tempted to buy an SS or was the power difference vs. weight not enough for you to make the switch. I know that is what kept me from going over to the Camaro. I have been holding out for the ultra performance model.

I just called GM and they just informed me that my TPW will be 6/11....Not what I was waiting for

According to it the last day for 2012 production is 6/8/12 also.

I hear what your sayin' and really appreciate it... funny as I was driving home today in my 2SS I thought WOW, this is car is awesome. Then it hit me... my new ZL1 will be even better. What you described to us here has made " The wait" a lot more bearable. Thank you very much.

I kinda felt the same way. Honestly the magnetic suspension is a big part of why i decided to get it and if the 1LE was available with it I might have gone that route. I have coilovers on my gto and while it handles great, it gets annoying on PA roads all the time. I had already been looking at cts-v's but I felt the zl1 was a much better deal for performance and price.
