Yeah, both my dad and I left early and we both got a trophey out of it. I want to go to the United Way Car Show again this year, but it is on the same day as my wifes birthday. Not sure she will let me go. Most likely be her DD for the day. What a crappy day, no car show and no drinking

Finally got my IPF power tune today!! Sweeeet!! The biggest change I've seen so far is how much more responsive the throttle is. Hardly any hesitation. There is a definite boost in power as well. I'm really happy with it so far. Not too shabby for just letting them borrow my engine cover. Thank you again Bob for hooking us up with that!

FYI, This Thursday August 30th, there will be a cruise night at the FORMER Advance Auto Parts location at 2939 16th AVE SW Cedar Rapids starting at 530pm. This property is now owned by Cassill Motors. Food guy should be there as usual. I am going to try to go to this, but have a feeling I will be to freaking tired as I am typically work 6pm to 6am and Thursday I am taking some overtime to work a day shift.

I know that they start letting cars show up i believe like at 430 I can't find any more info than this from their website. I have included their phone number if anyone as questions. I believe it is just a free will donation.

James..............you will have to be in either Class K (Stock 1987-2013)or Class KK (Modified 1987-2013).

I will have to be in Class JJ (Convertible 1970-2013).

It's too bad they didn't expand their Camaro, Mustang and Mopar classes futher.

on the topic of the side marker lights: I asked a cop about mine while at a show. I explained that I always turned them on when driving because they are NON REFLECTIVE. He told me that they were illegal in that aspect and that it would not be something he would pull somebody over for as long as they were not DISTRACTING to other drivers/himself. There was a sheet posted on C5 that showed the colors and compliance of the side markers - I have seen it on here before.

As far as anyone from Cedar Rapids going(outside of you Scott) no one. I reserve comment about the lack of participation, from Cedar Rapids, as to not hurt anyone's delicate feelings. However, I will use a Camaro5 approved emoticon...
