DEACTIVATING Cylinder Deactivation on L99

Has anyone had a pro shop etc. get in and deactivate the Active Fuel Management on their L99 yet? Wondering how involved that would be and/or if it is doable without screwing anything up on the rest of the electonics (I assume this would just be a tuning tweak of the onboard engine software). Would be great to deactivate AFM and have all 8 cylinders firing away on the L99 at all times as nature intended...

I also wonder how bad the mileage would become.
I was told the timing between 4 and 8 Cylinder ( the reactivation time ) is minimal

So the EFI Live Camaro tuner will simply take the deactivating feature off for good?

wow you people need to get out of y'alls old time mind set and get with the times and take advantage of technology

just kidding i know some body was gonna say it lol, and performance wise it will be the exact same nothing is changed by deactivating it, why would you think it would? just curious

and mpg wise your only giving up a couple mpgs unless you do a lot of long distant highway driving
